been following this little scottish cat since she got big online from her killer covers of ed sheeran among others but she's finally releasing an album. hoorah!
get me to Edinburgh.
she's got one of those airy ways of singing that makes it difficult to understand exactly what she's saying, but which i--in some cases--find really lovely.
i like that she's a part of the song, not the main element. nice to hear work well with a big production, not just an acoustic guitar. i feel like she's the type to get you hooked on the first album, but then go dark and electronic on the sophomore.
